Position
We are seeking an individual to join our team as a Manual Machinist II. The Machinist will workwith a wide variety of different (or exotic) metals. We are looking for aself-starter capable of setting up and running our manual machines. Responsibilities
· Prepare set-ups on manual lathes, manual mills and band saws
· Fabricate fixtures for machining or support to maintain facility
· Complete paperwork
· Takes measurements of material and selects appropriate machine for the process.
· Follow all safety rules and regulations of the company
· Perform daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
· Work with other employees cooperatively to complete tasks
· Maintain proper housekeeping in machine shop department
Qualifications
· High school diploma or GED required
· 3 years of related experience
· Full proficiency as a Manual Machinist is required
· Willingness to cross-train on several operations
· Must possess problem solving, communication, and teamwork skills
· Ability to work with other employees as a team player
· Must be dependable and punctual
· Ability to work independently
· Required to read and write English and follow verbal instructions
· Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment, be detailed oriented, and focused
· Flexibility and self-motivation are required

Position
The Logistics Coordinator will complete all steps for shipping materials into and out of Exotech. This includes: coordinating with sales/suppliers to gather all logistics information, bidding to all freight brokers, receiving/analyzing quotes and awarding shipments, emailing documents, coordinating pickup for inbound materials, labeling packages, giving instructions to shipping staff for outbound materials, managing daily tracking of all inbound/outbound shipments, updating internal software, accepting inbound shipments/packages, verifying paperwork, and driving a forklift.
Responsibilities
· Request and retrieve quotes with domestic Carriers and international freight forwarders
· Book domestic and international shipments and complete necessary paperwork
· Ensure handling and processing of import shipments including ISF submission, file documentation compliance with customs broker
· Handling and tracking outgoing and incoming shipments (LCL, FCL, Parcel,Import & Export Shipments)
· Generate bill of lading, labels for all outgoing and incoming shipments, and complete all necessary documentation
· Monitor shipment status of Domestic, imports, and exports during transport to ensure timely delivery to meet scheduled production commitment dates and ensure information is up to date on a daily basis in the shipping system
· Assist inventory team by updating internal software on a daily basis
· Complete all shipping and receiving steps in the shipping system
· Package and ship small orders, samples, and supplies
· Accept parcel packages and notify the appropriate staff upon arrival
· Order necessary shipping supplies
· Drive a forklift and assist with loading and unloading shipments
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
· Minimum of 3 years of logistics experience
· Thorough knowledge of shipping Incoterms is required
· Attention to detail with an ability to learn quickly, good organizational skills a must, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
· Excellent organization and time management skill
· Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English as well as speak
· Knowledge of Truck, Ocean, and Air freight required (Freight Forwarding and LogisticsBackground)
· Basic level of computer skills with programs such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, andExcel
· Ability to problem solve and interact with all levels of management
· Previous experience driving a forklift is required
· Ability to complete basic mathematical functions
· Must be able to pivot between multiple tasks, work in a high pace environment, and balance priorities
